Mission

To improve the overall health conditions of our patients and assist people in growth and development throughout life. This will be accomplished by providing professional health and dental care for the uninsured population and the medically underserved within the surrounding communities of Hamilton County.

HOPE is the only free clinic in our geographical vicinity and we treat an average of 700-900 patients a year.

HOPE assists people in Arcadia, Noblesville, Atlanta, Cicero, Sheridan, and Tipton who cannot afford health and dental care. These communities have a population living in poverty 269% higher than the average of Hamilton County.

History

HOPE is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit clinic ministry founded in 2003 by Cicero Christian Church located in Cicero, Indiana.

The clinic opened in May of 2004 and has served over 8,000 local residents living in poverty for the past 16 years.

HOPE began offering a Women’s Health Services in 2009, and began offering Mammogram Clinic through St. Vincent’s Mobile Mammogram Program in 2015.

In 2012 HOPE added a dental room for the treatment of dental patients. We have evaluations twice a month and treatments either in house or outsourced several times a month. We treated over 200 dental patients in 2019.

In 2019, the clinic obtained the counseling services of a licensed psychologist for one clinic per month on a volunteer basis.
