Welcome to Hope Family Care Center
HOPE Family Care Center is a Christ-centered organization offering urgent health care to families who are uninsured or those without sufficient health services in Cicero and surrounding communities.
Hope represents one of the greatest needs within the heart of this community. Hope is the most effective treatment the clinic can provide for those who are spiritually lost, emotionally wounded and battling physical illness.
Family represents one of the most significant institutions created by God. The clinic provides services for the entire family life.
Care represents excellence in both quality of services and skills of every provider and caregiver.
Center represents the coordination of services that provide health care, low or no cost medication, community health education with screenings for primary disease prevention and early intervention, food pantry assistance.

Every 3rd Saturday for an open accesss, acute medical clinic starting at 9:00am
(Providing an acute medical clinic for immediate medical needs on a "first come, first served" basis)
Every 2nd Thursday evening for an open access, acute medical clinic starting at 6:00PM
(Providing an acute medical clinic for immediate medical needs on a "first come, first served" basis)
