Medical Clinic Hours
Care is provided on a first come, first serve basis. Visit our clinic at 509 N. Peru Street in Cicero, IN on the:

1st and 3rd Saturday

2nd and 4th Tuesday

9:00 am – 11:30 am

6:00 pm – 8:30 pm

At HOPE Family Care Center, we are dedicated to improving overall health conditions in Cicero, Indiana and surrounding communities in a 4-county area. We assist our friends and neighbors in their ongoing growth and development throughout their lives.

Our Mission

HOPE Family Care Center is dedicated to optimizing health and health-related conditions for uninsured, under-insured, and medically under-served populations in Cicero, IN and neighboring communities in Hamilton, Tipton, Madison, and Boone Counties. The clinic accomplishes this by providing or arranging for high-quality Health, Dental, Counseling, Women’s Health, and other needed services.
